Well - here's today's nettle cookery -

I started out with trying to combine crushed dried nettles with a bit of whole grain flour and spices (1/4 tsp each turmeric, chili flakes and pinch kosher salt) to coat a piece of chicken. Really good (and I do taste the slightest amount of nettle bite - but it's tasty!)

What I learned is that this stuff could make a delicious pesto... a little oil (sesame or olive?) and a few nut crumbs (perhaps my acorn flour!) - in fact, I like the flavor as well as basil.
