Have been doing Sedona style releasing and yoga and walking type exercises today. A bit numb. That may be great news!
Also... a practice for now - to avoid the "comments" on on-line articles for the time being. Sometimes they are informative or compassionate... but mostly not. And there's a suckiness to them that brings me right into those negative mindsets, even when I agree.
So... a fast from that kind of poisonous mind candy for a few weeks - instead, substituting more reputable news stories (but not the snarling commentary part).
