retooled meals

  • Recent retooled breakfast: Baked yam with peanut butter and sesame oil.

  • Also: Made: nettle/acorn pesto today - most recipes are heavy on cheese (and salt). This one is nettles, acorn meal, a bit of garlic powder and turmeric and olive oil. First sample is delicious.

  • Also: Nettle pesto/chicken breast, home sprouted lentils, baked potatoes - a bit of sesame oil. Yum.

  • Also: Steamed dish: Frozen cruciferae, baked yams, left over lentils and pesto, trace of sesame oil... bit more garlic and turmeric.
