freer to be happy about all this

At www.ohsu.edu/xd/health/services/women/community-outreach/classes/cancer-related-classes.cfm there's a link to "yoga for women with cancer page" - at www.ohsu.edu/xd/health/services/women/community-outreach/classes/cancer-related-classes.cfm#yoga

I may be jumping the gun (officially it's precancerous but I'm coming in May 20 for a consultation about what to do - with hysterectomy high on the list) - still, the class sounds wonderful. As I live a long way away, I have written to the organizer of the free class to see if I could get a recommended book or CD to have on hand.

I currently am using a "Yoga Gets Better With Age" book that involves a bit of counter stretching and has many useful tips and restful strategies - but I'm particularly curious about what I can do before, while in hospital (hey, there's always something, even if it's visualization!) and after when the time comes.

Note... have also contacted them about the nutrition class (seems to be 09 listing) and noted the "living well with cancer" class (tba).(Suggestion - local opportunity?)

I am freer to be happy about my options. yay.
