I also now have all the stuff to make the acorn bread. It does have flour but also includes a dose of corn meal and mashed potatoes with the acorn meal. We'll see how that goes - it's a yeast bread... it actually is supposed to rise. Just need to find a consistent warm spot - which probably doesn't mean allowing Neko to curl up on it.
