logging for integrative medicine approach...



I've got some on-line dietary log info I've been using so I can link that in as was suggested today. It's at www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/nutrition.asp  

I've noticed that the quality of diet - though not perfect - has transformed immensely since starting to work with alternative approaches after that 4/14 dinner at Calderas and starting the fucoyden, green tea, nettles and other changes.

It will be easy to add state of mind notes as suggested: So let's start the practice: AM: Work suddenly. I've learned to get up quickly if I am very anxious or sore when I wake up - that seems to ease things. So I did.  Mood related activities - tapes, yoga, exercise, but "no chocolate" because the Antioxident Shop was closed. PM - Anxious - that much tea I believe is revving the system.
