Kathy and Teppei,
The best way to get clear on your goals is to ask the question: What is my hearts deepest desire about __________? Then write down whatever comes up and keep releasing on each answer. Many will simply drop away as you release. The others will get quieter and clearer. The ones that stay and gain clarity are your true goals.
Love,
Hale
Trying - what is my heart's deepest desire about healing relationships in which I have been needy?
To be loved. (Shame). Is that feeling from wanting approval, control, security, separation/oneness? (Approval, oneness, security). Pick 1. (Security). Can you let go of wanting to be safe, even a little? Wanting is not the same as being safe. (Yes.) Can you let go a bit more? (Yes.) Can you let go the rest of the way? (Yes.)
Another wave of shame. (Approval.) Can you let go of the wanting of approval? A bit. (Yes.) Would you? (Yes.) When? (Now.)
Wave of sadness associated with shame about wanting to be loved. (Approval, separation AND oneness). Pick 1. Separation. Can you let go of wanting to be separate, since it doesn't give you what you want (to be loved) anyway? (Yes). More? Yes.
Can you explain this using the blah exercise?
Sure. Blah Blah Blah Blah-blah blah blah. Blah blah blahblahblah blah blah blah, blah blah blah blahber. Blah blah blahblah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blahblah blahblahblah blah blabbing. Ahhhh.
I forgot what I was doing. I think it worked!
